In last night’s episode of Finding Bigfoot, Matt claimed that Sasquatch are bioluminescent. That means they have the ability to make a part of their body (in Bigfoot’s case – eyes) shine a different color as a method of communication. (Not just reflections in photographs.)
This is more commonly found in deep sea creatures like jellyfish living in deep darkness. We use what we have, and one has to attract a mate somehow.
But I wanted to know if this was possible in a mammal that is supposedly close to man in its physiology. So I did some prowling. Here are a few mammals with this ability:
Might this be true of Sasquatch too? We may never know.
